Think of me as your friendly helping hand to do good with your pre-loved items.
I spent 15 years not only listening to the challenges donors encounter when looking for options to declutter their preloved items and put them to good use, but also witnessed first hand the challenges many op shops face when relying on donations to run their business to support their social missions.
Making donations effortless
In the summer of 2022 Donate It was born.
Starting with 2 bins and a crazy idea, we set out to ‘make donating effortless’ by offering donors the ability to hire their very own charity bin delivered and collected directly to your front door.

No more uncertainty of what items I can or can’t donate
And most importantly, by using donate it, charity stores receive quality, pre-sorted donations that they can simply price and put out for sale.
No sorting required, no quality checking, no waste removal and best of all, charities can use their volunteers precious time more efficiently.
After many ups and downs over the past 2 years, we now have over 70 bins available for hire as well as our crates for homewares and breakable items.

I’ve spent the majority of my career helping people gain support and kind guidance. Right from working in the not-for-profit sector to running local community sporting clubs and coaching sports.
I enjoy helping others, giving people an opportunity, and helping people grow whether that be in a business setting or at a sporting club.
Gippslander with a purpose
When I’m not working on seamless deliveries of bins and sorting, I’m a married dad of three sport mad boys and I’m deeply passionate and involved in community sport through coaching youngsters in playing basketball and volunteering at the Nar Nar Goon JFC.

We drop off your charity bins and crates, you fill them up without the hassle of bagging or boxing, and a week later, we'll swing by your front door to collect them.
Once in our hands, 'Donate It' works its magic, using the items in various ways to support Op Shops, Charity Stores, Social Enterprises, and Not-for-Profits. Your clutter becomes a force for good!
